Do you like to dance?

Would you like to attend dance classes?

Recently I have read an article “Dance Your Way to Better Mental Health” written by Alycia Fong Yan (University of Sydney).

She stated that structured dance programs could be more efficient for improving mental health than some physical activities. She said that “dance can be an effective alternative to standard exercise like running, going to the gym, and other sports.”

Her words have been based on the result of findings that indicated improvements of emotional well-being in participants at the age from 7 to 85 years old after attending structured dance programs for 6 weeks.

Maybe it’s your time for dance?
