- I apply different theories and techniques depending on people's needs. They include but not limited with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Empowerment, Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy, Solving-problem approach and Mindfulness.

- I apply special skills and technics into the therapy process. I assist people to master these skills during sessions and implement them in everyday life. It improves their problem-solving ability, positive thinking, impacting on mental and physical wellbeing.
