There are a lot of diets nowadays. I suppose each of us tried at least one of them. Diets help us to lose weight, feel better and support our physical wellbeing. Many studies consider that the food we eat affects our health.
As certain as it is that food impacts our physical wellbeing, our thoughts impact our emotional wellbeing.

- get involved with communities and spend time with people that share your values and goals;
