Few years ago I participated in a project with elderly people. One of the questions was - what they are grateful for? There were some amazing answers and comments. The elderly people being interviewed some said they had never thought about it before and found there were a lot events and people to be grateful for.
It happens that life can give us a hard time and we feel sad, anxious or depressed. Sometimes we feel lost or overwhelmed or down due to negative issues.
Find a nice cosy spot. Take a deep breath and think about what has been good in your life, what are you grateful for? Appreciate it and be thankful.
