Everyone gets angry from time to time. Anger is a natural human emotion.

If people are able to manage their anger it can be a useful emotion that motivates people to make positive changes in their life.

Unfortunately, people often are not able to manage their anger. They express it in inappropriate and harmful ways. They use their anger as a way to manipulate others and feel powerful.


Uncontrolled anger

- may have destructive results for the angry person and those closest to them;

- can lead to arguments, physical fights and abuse, assault and self-harm;

 - can lead to health problems.
