Recharge your batteries!


Everyone has their own duties and obligations. People work hard to perform their duties at work. They look after their kids, partners and elderly parents. They try to help and please everyone but not themselves.

As a result, such people feel stressed, depressed or burnt out. This is a clear sign that it is time to care for themselves. Other words it is time to “recharge their batteries”.


What can you do to avoid discharging your batteries?

- Organise your day such way that you can have time for yourself;

- Engage yourself in activities that bring you happiness and joy;

- Praise yourself for any achievement, even the small one’s;

- Before you go to sleep, think about at least 5 good things that had happened during the day.


Remember it is very important for your health - to “recharge your batteries” in time. Even a few minutes of rest could positively impact our emotional wellbeing.
