Serotonin - one of the “happy hormones”. Neuroscientists state it plays an important role in regulating mood and emotions.

One of them is focusing on gratitude. If you feel blue, anxious or depressed, ask yourself “What am I grateful for?”

When you think about what you are grateful for, you focus on the positive aspects of your life. This simple action increases serotonin production in your brain and impact your feelings to the better.
