Have you ever felt it?

Have you thought about appreciation for what you have?

I participated in a project with elderly people few years ago. One of the questions was - what they are grateful for?

Some participants of the project said they had never thought about it before. They found there were a lot of events and people in their lives’ to be grateful for. There were some amazing answers and comments about gratitude.

It happens that life can give us a hard time. Sometimes we feel lost or overwhelmed or down due to negative events or issues.

If it happens with you - find a nice cosy spot. Try to relax and think about the good things that have happened in your life.

Gratitude gives us perspective and can help to find joy in our lives’.

Gratitude helps us refocus on what we have instead of what we may be missing.

Try to notice and appreciate at least one beautiful, small thing around you every single day.
