Be kind to yourself

“If you want life to smile at you, first give it your good mood” (Spinoza).

How is your day? Are you in a good mood?

Have you praised yourself or are you pleased with something that you had done well?

How often do you say: “I am proud of myself”?

Do you accept yourself as you are?

Do you show yourself the same kindness and understanding that you’d show a good friend?

Do a self-check.

You are

- respecting your own feelings and needs;

- accepting yourself;

- celebrating your accomplishments, even the small ones;

- admitting that you are allowed to make mistakes.

If you say “yes” – it’s great! You are being kind to yourself.

If not - I am able to assist you in your journey to self-kindness.
