What is fatigue?


Dictionaries define fatigue as extreme tiredness.

People experiencing fatigue are not able to perform their duties properly. They experience physical, mental and emotional exhaustion.

People experiencing fatigue could be injured and harm other people.

Such symptoms as headache, high or low blood pressure and insomnia could be signs of fatigue.


Prevention of fatigue is very important part of self-care in our personal and professional life.

What we need to do to prevent fatigue and being extremely tired and exhausted?


There are many methods and techniques that could help to avoid fatigue.


It is very important to keep a balance between work and rest, accomplishing goals and doing nothing.
