The therapy ABC - Conclusion

This my post is the last one about factors that impact our wellbeing.

Our everyday actions play a big role in our overall wellbeing.

We generally spend at work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days a week if we work full time.

Our career is not only doing paid work. It is your feeling of satisfaction with your achievements and accomplishing goals.

- Do you feel happy in the morning when you need to go to work?

- Do you improve your skills and professional knowledge to advance in your career?

- What is more important for you - personal fulfilment or salary?

- Are you happy to do boring work for a bigger salary?

Just remember, emotional, physical, mental and social health, career and financial factors impact our overall wellbeing.
