Many years ago my friend visited me and my newborn baby. She said: Isn't it a wonder – two tiny cells joined together and then they built a new human?
In the hustle and bustle of our life, we sometimes forget aboutour uniqueness, our worth, our value as a person.
Every person has their own level of abilities and talents. Every person gets a different result from their efforts. It doesn't make their personal worth more or less valuable.
Eleanor Roosevelt said: Remember always that you not only have the right to be an individual, you have an obligation to be one.
Our bank account, job title or how attractive we are doesn't connect with how valuable or worthy we are. Our worthiness depends on our kindness, compassion, empathy, and respect for others, and how well we treat those around us.
We don’t need to rely on somebody else for our self-worth. It is our responsibility alone.
