Everyone has a very busy schedule. We study and work very hard to accomplish our goals. Sometimes we are overwhelmed by our responsibilities. It happens from day to day and one moment we feel we are very close to feel burned out.
One of the ways to ward off burnout is taking some alone time to try to unwind.
Time with yourself means solitude time with zero technology (no Tic-Toc, YouTube or any other social media).
What could you do at your solitude time?
Imagine, your life is a lot of pieces in a big puzzle that includes your work, study, duties and obligations, your society (family, colleagues and friends). At your solitude time you can organise these pieces and try to create a nice picture of your life.
You can use your solitude time to explore your thoughts and feelings without the influence of others;
You can focus on brainstorming and problem solving.
It is perfect time to recharge your mental and emotional batteries. It is very helpful to your well-being.
