COVID, isolation, losing a close relative or friend have impacted your life negatively. Rising prices for groceries and fuel may also have affected your wellbeing.

  • Are you in a low mood? Do you feel overwhelmed?

  • Have you lost interest in the things that you once enjoyed?

  • Is it hard for you to focus on your tasks?

  • Do you have difficulties in falling asleep or sleeping?
