Being brave!

I’ve been on a break with a lot to do but I’m ready now to continue my Therapy ABC.

My new post is about bravery.


Bravery is a very important feature of a human’s personality.


Franklin P. Jones had said: “Bravery is being the only one who knows you are afraid”.

I believe everyone (including me) has felt scared or afraid of something or somebody in their life. There could be many different reasons to be scared or afraid: speaking up in front of an audience, standing up for ourselves, attending an interview for the new job, moving to another town, city or country etc.

Bravery helps to manage with our fears and anxiety, to overcome difficulties that we face in our life.



Bravery inspires people to take the first step on the way to make positive changes in their life. Sometimes they need help. The therapist is one of the specialist who is able to assist them to achieve the goals.
